Event: The Living Daylights (All Terrain Robotic car race)

Team Members: Viinaayak Gupta XI-A, Pragyan Tawakley IX-A, Prakhyat Pratik IX-C

On 21st July 2023, our ATL and Robotics team had the honour of representing the school at the prestigious ‘The Living Daylights -All-Terrain Robotic Car Competition’ held at LVIS Noida. The event brought together young minds from various schools, all eager to showcase their engineering prowess and compete in a thrilling race on a challenging multi-terrain course. We are thrilled to report that our team emerged victorious, securing the first prize and the overall trophy amidst stiff competition.

Each team was required to present their car's design, functionality, and safety features. Our team meticulously prepared for this phase under the guidance of our dedicated teacher, ATL Incharge Ms. Surabhi Bhargav and ATL engineer Mr. Mayank Shrivastav, who played a pivotal role in our success.

Our all-terrain robotic car was equipped with cutting-edge technology and innovative features, designed to tackle various terrains with precision and agility. The competition course comprised rocky paths, sand dunes, water hazards, and steep inclines, testing the capabilities of each robotic car to its limits.

Surabhi Ma’am and Mayank Sir were more than just instructors; they were our mentor and motivator throughout the preparation phase. They played a multifaceted role in our journey to victory.

On the day of the competition, we arrived at the venue, brimming with excitement and nervous anticipation. Our robotic car performed exceptionally well during the race, smoothly traversing through rocky patches, powering through sandy stretches, and conquering water obstacles without faltering.

Thanks to our careful preparation and the support of our teacher, our car excelled in each segment of the race.

Winning the first prize in the Competition was an immensely rewarding experience for the entire team. We are immensely grateful to our school for providing us with this opportunity. We look forward to more such challenges in the future and hope to make our school proud once again with our dedication and hard work.
